Origin: Equador and outside.
Appearance: They have a milk-white body and the claws can turn red or blue. Juveniles have a red-brown striped body. Adults are brown.

Character: Can be aggressive towards fish.
Tank setup: From 70 liters. Make sure there are plenty of hding places and leaves.
Waterconditions: Temperature of 20-30ºC with soft water.
Feeding: Will eat algae, excessive food, cooked vergetables, special shrimp food and frozen food. The also like to eat snails and fish.
Breeding: Young need brackish/salt water to grow up.
